Return and Refund Policy: Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.

RETURNS in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@marasteps.com and our team will send you a return form. Please read the terms and conditions on the return form carefully before returning the product to our sorting center.

Step 2: Complete the return form completely.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the return form. Send the items along with the fully completed return form to the address indicated. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure the package has a track & trace number.

Step 4: After receiving the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 days.

EXCHANGE in 4 easy steps (for size problems)

Step 1: Send an email to info@marasteps.com with your order number and the size of the product you would like to receive in the correct size. You will then receive an exchange form that you can use to return the incorrect product.

Step 2: Fill out the exchange form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the exchange form. Send the items along with the fully completed exchange form to the specified address. Ensure the package has a track & trace number.

Step 4: Once the package has been shipped to the address provided on the exchange form, we will send you the correct size FREE OF CHARGE.

EXCHANGE in 4 easy steps (for damaged products)

Step 1: Send an email to info@marasteps.com with photos or a short video of the defective/damaged product you received and briefly explain the problem with the product.

Step 2: After receiving the photos/videos of the received product, our team will inspect the product.

Step 3: After confirmation, our team will send you a FREE replacement order.

Step 4: Our customer service team will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement order so you can track its status.

PLEASE NOTE: Before sending the products to the return address, you must complete the return form. The return form must be enclosed with the package. To receive the return form, you can contact our customer service by sending an email to info@marasteps.com .

If the consumer is responsible for the return shipment, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs will be calculated based on the express shipping company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for reasons that are our responsibility, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs for that reason.
